Food Sector Opportunity Project (FSOP)™
This course is designed to provide answers and information to people in all phases of food production. This class covers anything from recipe development and food safety issues to marketing of a food product.
FSOP™ is a weeklong course where students attend class for five (5) days, eight (8) hours each day. This 30-hour class offers:

* Good Manufacturing Practices
* Sanitation and Food Safety
* FDA Regulations: Acidified Foods
* Labeling and Nutrition Analyses

* Taos Food Center Manufacturing Requirements
