What We Offer

Taos Kitchen

Where local food dreams take shape.

At Taos Kitchen, we offer a 5,000-square-foot, 24/7 licensed commercial kitchen for local food makers and entrepreneurs. As part of TCEDC, members receive guidance with certifications, business planning, and market testing—plus new community classes and a food business incubator program launching in 2026. Since 1987, we’ve helped Taos’ food producers grow from recipes to thriving enterprises that feed and inspire our community.

Your donation helps TCEDC continue its vital work in empowering our local community through food systems, small business development, and economic growth. While we receive federal and state funding, it doesn’t cover all our operating costs. Your generosity fills these crucial gaps, ensuring we can sustain our programs and expand opportunities for the people of Northern New Mexico.

Together, we can create a stronger, more resilient community.
