Food Sector Opportunity Project
Since 2003, thousands of community members have received job and skill training, education and critical services through the businesses and organizations of the Taos County Economic Development Corporation. FSOP™ is a weeklong course offered biannually in the fall and spring designed to provide answers and information to people in all phases of food production. This class covers everything from recipe development and food safety issues to marketing of a food product.
